You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with a minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
