FOREMAN - CRANE

Responsibilities:

1. Expediting crane schedule in liaison with supervisor as per project demand.
2. Liaise with Project Manager / Trade Supervision to provide best crane operation & as many lifts to complete set target.
3. Conduct regular checks on Cranes, complete weekly checklist, report fault / breakdown to FPM.
4. Coordinate with FPM and release cranes for PMS as per schedule.
5. Assist the supervisors in planning activities.
6. Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily appraisal for operators.
7. Actively participate in department Management programs, KPO targets.
8. Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.
9. Liaise with other discipline foremen / supervision to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources, with the overall objective of successful completion of the project.
10. Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.
11. Ensure all gangway, tower, baskets are in good condition and tested by a 3rd party.
12. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
13. Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
