Fitness Supervisor
Job description
The Guest Services Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Fitness Center & Kids Club.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
You will also manage the facilities and operations of the hotel's kids club, including all children activities.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience in planning activities for children and different age groups will be an asset.
