Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with UAE labor law.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.
Oversee and manage compensation packages and incentive programs that drive high performance through task management.
Responsible for proper documentation of employee files and retrieving them as needed.
Prepare and process all types of employee relations documents, including promotions, transfers, contract renewal, and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies.
Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc. are tracked and renewed in time.
Resolve employee queries and ensure optimal employee relations and conditions.
Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, performance issues, and grievances.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager or similar.
Knowledgeable of the UAE labor law.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
Great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high quality work.

The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
