Office Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, so the successful candidate should be able to work effectively and efficiently from home. We are particularly interested in Egyptian nationals, but any English-speaking individuals with their own visa may apply. The candidate must have passed 12th grade to be eligible.

The Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks such as data entry, customer service inquiries, document filing, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
  2. Input data into computer systems accurately
  3. Organize filing systems for important documents and reference materials
  4. Create documents such as letters, reports, memos, and emails when needed
  5. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for managers or supervisors
  6. Answer phones in a professional manner
  7. Receive payment for services rendered
  8. Provide general office support services including photocopying, faxing, mail distribution etc.

Qualifications:
  1. 12th pass or equivalent qualification
  2. Ability to work remotely from home
  3. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  4. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English language
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
