Job Responsibilities
Provide students with tutoring services to support their academic success
Ensure students' ongoing successful progress to completion of degree program
Ensure timely follow-up with student inquiries
Coordinate between students and academic advisors
Orient new students to online tools, such as student portal
Provide academic assistance and support to students
Monitor students at academic risk and enforce attending tutoring sessions
Collect evidence for the activities that support students
Provide accurate information to students on academic policies and procedures, in areas of registration, study plan, academic probation, attendance, and advising
