Chief IT Manager

Job Description

1. Develop the strategy for IT Infrastructure so that it is consistent with strategic direction and ensures IT Infrastructure services are provided to an international standard.
2. Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the budget on IT.
3. Create policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented across the organization to maintain consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services.
4. Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage day-to-day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements.
5. Maintain and update the operations of the IT systems according to the best international standards.
6. Plan Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function.
7. Manage and maintain system performance at high levels and report any potential or existing threats or imbalances.
8. Implement appropriate Business Continuity Management measures for counteracting interruptions to business activities.
9. Ensure compliance of Outsourced Software/Hardware and manage IT software licenses.
10. Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English & Arabic Language (MANDATORY - Need an ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATE)
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3. 15 years of experience working in IT operations.
4. Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
