We are looking for a highly experienced Admin Manager to oversee the Management of the Company’s Administration Department, providing support to enhance the efficiency of the Projects Operational Sites, Logistics, Transport Management, and office administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an efficient store management system for inventory tools and materials.
Ensure an efficient store system is in place.
Supervise and implement proper procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure all facilities, i.e., office accommodations and general matters, are in place.
Maintain professional discipline throughout the company.
Ensure all admin policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
Organize all utility bills and update all warehouse renewal systems.
Implement a strong purchasing system and maintain strong control over it.
Ensure all records are updated.
Supervise the admin team, requiring multitasking and managerial skills.
Maintain good contacts with suppliers and clients, focusing on updates, improvements, and new business.
Contribute to the company’s current operational success and add new business opportunities.
Control costs and maximize benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecom industry.
Strong experience in Project Management, Operational Sites, Logistics, Transport Management, and complete office administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
