Responsibilities:

1. Work towards agreed service levels ensuring that reservations both over the phone and on email are handled in a timely fashion while maintaining quality of service.
2. Share knowledge and skills with other team members/colleagues across teams and assist junior members of the team where required (Senior level).
3. Proactively provide assistance and support to other teams as required.
4. Have knowledge and understanding of company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring they are followed at all times and review to ensure best practice.
5. Complete all bookings to the expected standard ensuring profile information is taken into consideration with items such as Mileage membership, seating in line with client policy and ATPI Partnerships.
6. Make use of ATPI Intranet as a learning and information finding tool (PFV, Visa, Rail).
7. Communicate effectively at all levels.
8. Provide good customer service to clients at all times.
9. Identify negotiated fare opportunities and be able to construct airfares, have understanding of inter office buying (Senior level).
10. Bookings are completed in accordance with company policies.
11. Make use of ATPI Systems to maximize offering to all our clients.
12. Assist Team Leader or Admin team with invoice queries.
13. Take ownership of personal training and development needs.
14. Ability to make qualified recommendations to our clients and cross sell as required (Senior Level).
15. Good working knowledge of travel provider products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Advanced level education with a minimum of 3 years front line travel operations experience in the U.A.E travel industry.
2. Corporate/Marine-Off Shore travel handling experience.
3. Fluency in verbal/written English & excellent communication skills.
4. Job Specific skills: IATA certification, knowledge of World geography, GDS experience.
5. Behavioural Competencies: Team Work, Adaptability, Sales & negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills.
