Job description

Ahmadyar Developments is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate development within the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote off-plan projects, generating leads, and enhancing the company's brand presence in the competitive UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and execute project launch, promotional, and open house events to increase brand visibility.
  • Lead and manage all marketing initiatives for our real estate business, with a focus on lead generation through Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Develop and execute high-performance campaigns, strategically targeting property buyers, investors, and real estate agencies in the local and international market.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure Marketing Generated Leads are passed to the sales team, managed, and have feedback provided in order for campaigns to be appropriately evolved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and drive lead generation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, continuously adjusting strategies to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in Dubai's fast-moving real estate market.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 4 years UAE experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong background in real estate.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • A data-driven marketer who excels at campaign analysis and optimization to drive measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide teams while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
