Accounting Manager one position - TrendTrove

Job Description

• Supervises and prepares daily accounting records including purchase and sales invoices and daily transactions.
• Checks the accuracy and integrity of accounting documents before entering data into the business books.
• Prepares financial reports for various periods as requested by the manager.
• Maintains and manages financial documentation in accordance with legal requirements and accounting standards.
• Reconciles the bank journal with the bank statement and reports any possible deviations to the supervisor.
• Ensures the reconciliation of financial transactions and prepares bank transfer orders for various internal and external payments.
• Tracks unpaid invoices and reports on the status of liabilities to suppliers.
• Prepares and maintains sales prices according to company requirements.
• Assists in the preparation of strategic plans and financial forecasts and generally controls financial management systems.
• Performs other work and duties related to the job description as requested by the supervisor.

Job Experience

• Degree from the Faculty of Economics with specialization in Accounting, Finance, or similar fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in accounting or finance.
• Certifications in the field of accounting are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and accounting applications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting standards and laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates work ethics and integrity.
