Health Club Spa Receptionist
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily operations in Spa, Health Club and related areas.
- Greet members and guests, answering incoming calls and members' enquiries in a professional manner.
- Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis.
- Coordinate guests’ consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service.
- Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests.
- Organize and participate in sports & recreation events and activities.

- Has a passion for wellness and holistic health.
- Preferably has experience working in either a spa or a hotel background.
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language).
- Loves interacting with guests and customers.
- Has a can-do attitude.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Has strong interpersonal skills.
- Is able to work independently.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
