Job Description:

1. ESP Installation and pullout supervision (within 6 Months)
2. ESP Operational Best Practice (within 6 Months)
3. ESP Monitoring, Surveillance, Troubleshooting and Optimization (Production Enhancement) (within 6 Months)

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experienced in ESP Installation and pullout supervision to ensure all procedures and best practices are followed, enhancing ESP run life. Collect and report preliminary findings with evidence to identify root causes of ESP failures.
2. Experienced in field ESP Operational best practice implementation to ensure production targets are met, minimizing downtimes, trips, and reducing power consumption.
3. Experienced in ESP monitoring, surveillance, troubleshooting, and optimization for continuous performance analysis and operational enhancement.
4. Strong understanding of ESP technology, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
5. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
6. Collect and analyze data related to ESP performance and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
7. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members, providing technical support and addressing concerns promptly.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
9. Minimum 10 years of field technical hands-on experience with downhole and surface equipment.
10. Leadership skills, strategic planning skills, and advanced people skills.
11. Training and coaching of UAE nationals and existing field operation workforce.
