Job Description

Responsible for full category management of Raw material, Packaging material, Contract Manufacturing and Finished Goods. This includes the following activities within category:

1. Management of vendor performance
2. Issue and completion of RFP’s
3. Execution of PR to PO
4. Execution of contracts
5. Providing input into budget pricing
6. Supporting innovation
7. Ensure compliance to competitive bidding and other procurement policies
8. Tender evaluations within cross functional teams
9. Timely budget completion

Other Administrative Activities:

1. Manage PR’s received through online system (SAP)
2. Align with Procurement Policy on competitive bidding
3. Where not under contract, obtain quotes
4. Execute translation to PO
5. Assist in resolving Invoice/Payment issues
6. Assist clearance department on managing documentation requirements, and follow up on demurrage claims
7. Manage all other claims with suppliers
8. Manage contract expiry, through renewal or tendering

Adherence to Procurement policy and Coca Cola Code of Conduct is required.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering/Sciences
• CIPS or Post Graduate certifications in supply chain and procurement favorable

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years functional experience within procurement
