With a strong reputation for excellence, the agency is now looking to expand its team by hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to drive their marketing efforts and promote their services to businesses in the UAE and broader GCC region.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness of the agency's services and attract new business clients. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that engage key decision-makers and drive the agency's growth in the B2B space. Your role will also involve optimizing marketing efforts across various channels, measuring performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on attracting new business clients in the advertising and marketing sectors, leveraging your deep understanding of the regional B2B landscape.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and engage key business prospects through targeted campaigns, networking events, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships to drive lead generation.
  3. Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the creative and leadership teams to craft compelling messaging that highlights the agency's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
  4. Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns (including digital, events, email marketing, content marketing, and social media) aimed at driving brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
  5. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  6. Content Development: Work with the content team to create engaging case studies, whitepapers, client success stories, and thought leadership pieces tailored to business clients.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, business development, and account management teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and business growth targets.
  8. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI on marketing investments.
  9. Performance Tracking: Use data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report results to senior management.
  10. Event Marketing: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and seminars to showcase the agency's expertise and build relationships with prospective clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a senior or managerial marketing role. Experience in the advertising or creative agency sector is highly preferred.
  2. B2B Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, ideally within the GCC or MENA region.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while also executing hands-on marketing activities. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  4. Digital & Traditional Marketing: Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
  5. Client-Focused: Strong understanding of client needs and business goals, with the ability to translate those into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  7. Creative & Analytical Balance: Comfortable balancing creative ideation with performance-based decision-making to ensure marketing effectiveness.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  9. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
