Responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise in hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare management.
2. Support healthcare strategy, regulatory compliance, and policy development initiatives.
3. Contribute to digital health projects, including telemedicine, AI-driven diagnostics, and EHR implementation.
4. Conduct data analysis and research to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with government agencies, hospitals, and consulting teams to develop sustainable healthcare solutions.
6. Deliver presentations and reports with strategic recommendations for healthcare clients.
7. Ensure compliance with international healthcare standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. 5-10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, hospital management, or clinical practice.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient care models.
4. Experience in digital healthcare transformation and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Willingness to travel to the Middle East, with full accommodation and transportation provided.
7. Knowledge of Arabic is not required but is considered an asset.
