Keep work areas clean and neat at all times.
Must follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by legendary trainers, Departmental trainers and Fitness & Wellness Manager.
Conduct Fitness Assessments, Classes and Personal Training.
To supervise and instruct the safe use of the equipment in the Fitness area.
To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Fitness Centre.
Assist in the operations of all Fitness Centre, as required:
Reception
Fitness Centre (main gym)
Fitness Centre (movement studio)
Personal training session delivery
MO in-house class delivery
Unique events and Hotel marketing initiatives
Cleaning, maintenance and Health & Safety reporting
Report dysfunctional equipment to Fitness & Wellness Supervisor/Manager
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the Fitness Centre (Headsets, fruit/water, towels etc.)
To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly departmental meetings.
To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Mandarin Oriental MODUB Grooming Guidelines
Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Fitness & Wellness Manager
