Director Medical Centers Operations

Our Client is the first and only JCI accredited 100 bed premium private general medical facility located at Fujairah, United Arab Emirates to offer advanced medical care and emergency services. The hospital is designed with 21 outpatient departments, a full-fledged emergency department, ICU, NICU, endoscopy, delivery suites, surgery units, etc. The hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient care which covers medical and surgical specialties.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in medical operations management or healthcare administration.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
4. Experience in budget management and resource optimization.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.

Competitive salary range of AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 based on experience.
