Maintenance Engineer- CNC Machines

Micah Solutions FZE is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Engineer specializing in CNC Machines to join our Client's industrial facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of CNC machines through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your technical expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement effective solutions
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to prolong the life of CNC equipment
4. Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on operations
5. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
6. Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machinery
7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices related to CNC machine maintenance

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience in maintenance engineering, specifically with CNC machines
3. Strong technical knowledge of CNC operation, programming, and troubleshooting
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
8. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and tools
2. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to machinery maintenance
