Job description

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.

Experience in managing and training staff.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities -

  • Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work plans to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of cleaning services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used appropriately and maintained in good condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training to staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, schedules, and any issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service quality and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, inventory, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for cleaning operations.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is preferred.
