Responsibilities -
- Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work plans to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the daily operations of cleaning services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used appropriately and maintained in good condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training to staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, schedules, and any issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service quality and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, inventory, and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for cleaning operations.
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is preferred.
