Job Scope:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead engineering design teams and collaborate effectively with architectural and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop innovative, functional mechanical designs.
2. Lead the design, analysis, and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various projects.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
4. Conduct site visits to verify that system installations align with design specifications and building codes.
5. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including junior engineers and designers.
7. Perform energy modeling and calculations to ensure energy-efficient and sustainable system designs.
8. Review and approve plans and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
9. Stay informed of advancements in mechanical engineering, industry trends, and best practices.
10. Mentor and support the professional growth of junior mechanical engineers.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensing:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an equivalent professional certification.

Experience:

1. 10–15 years of project experience in mechanical engineering design and consultancy.

Skills & Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
2. Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building codes.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
