Job Title: Body Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage repair and maintenance services on customer's vehicles.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in repairing and maintaining automobiles and trucks.
• Lead and develop a strong performing team capable of achieving changing customer expectation levels by achieving target CSI scores.
• Demonstrate people skills and knowledge of products which play a decisive role in crucial and critical customer handling.
• Maintain and upkeep workshop equipment to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
• Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunction.
• Test drive vehicles to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
• Estimate labor costs and parts prices.
• Order parts and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Schedule and assign work.
• Maintain records of personnel, vehicles repaired, and work completed.
• Train new employees.
• Maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree/diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience as a Bodyshop Supervisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
• Considerable knowledge of methods and practices used in the automotive service business.
• Technically competent to understand product and customer needs and requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the workshop floor and lead the team.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiating, complaint resolving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000.00 per month
