Civil Foreman

Job Title: Civil Foreman (5 years experience in UAE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with 5 years of experience in the UAE to supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites. The foreman will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide construction workers on-site.
2. Ensure all work is completed safely, according to specifications, and on schedule.
3. Manage materials, tools, and equipment on the construction site.
4. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
5. Report progress and any issues to the site or project manager.
6. Train and mentor junior workers on-site.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in the UAE.
2. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
4. Good communication and leadership skills.
5. Experience working with diverse teams and managing resources effectively.

Working Conditions:

1. Construction site work in various weather conditions across the UAE.
