Guest Service Officer - Front Office

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Arabic/Russian/German/French Speaker is preferred.

Ideally, candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
