IBS Business Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel & Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing chat support, and responding to social media inquiries. This role also involves generating sales through social media live sessions, walk-in customers, and online sales channels. The successful candidate will need to provide excellent customer service while promoting our travel, tourism, and migration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to travel, tourism, and migration services.
Provide chat support and assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle social media inquiries and resolve issues, providing information about services and promotions.
Conduct live sessions on social media platforms to engage with customers and promote services, generating sales and leads.
Drive online sales through various channels, ensuring targets are met.
Assist walk-in customers with bookings, service information, and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in the Travel & Tourism and Migration Services industry.
Proven experience in handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, chat support, and social media.
Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in handling social media platforms and generating leads through live sessions.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Strong command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
