- Education: An Associates degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or any related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years working in a technical support role.

- ERP Systems
- Security Principles
- Bonus Skills: A good understanding of IT Infrastructure.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driving license and a personal vehicle.
