Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and emergency medical support to employees in an industrial setting (factory, construction site, or plant).
• Administer first aid, conduct health assessments, and assist with medical emergencies.
• Monitor and treat injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions.
• Provide health and safety training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are available and in proper condition.
• Conduct regular health checkups and screenings for employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with medical facilities and doctors for advanced care if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Male Nurse with a valid nursing license and experience in an industrial setting.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a staff nurse in industrial, construction, or similar high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and OSHA regulations related to health and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
