Job Description : Senior ICTS Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership and Design:
Lead the development of comprehensive ICTS design solutions for large-scale projects, including structured cabling, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and security systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ICTS engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure ICTS designs align with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations. - Project Management:
Manage and oversee ICTS projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and performance evaluations to monitor project milestones and mitigate risks. - System Integration and Testing:
Oversee the integration, installation, and configuration of complex ICTS systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and technical standards.
Conduct thorough system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. - Client Engagement and Consultation:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ICTS-related matters, understanding their needs, objectives, and project requirements.
Prepare and present technical proposals, reports, and presentations to communicate ICTS solutions effectively and professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project deliverables. - Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure ICTS designs and installations meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, RCDD, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 -15 years of progressive experience in ICTS engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role/Management role.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex ICTS solutions, including LAN/WAN networks, CCTV, access control, and telecommunications systems.
- Strong proficiency in ICTS design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, network simulation software).
- In-depth knowledge of international and local ICTS standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISO, ANSI/TIA, NEC, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ICTS projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
