Lead Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead system-level embedded device hardware, mechanics, and RF development.
• Steer system-level requirement work, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Understand different product creation phases, from design to manufacturing.
• Manage direct and indirect teams in hardware system architecture and design.
• Participate in hardware and system-level discussions with customers.
• Review hardware schematics related to our solutions and partner offerings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including EMC, environmental, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hardware design and development.
• Experience in schematic design and PCB layout.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
