Job Description
Your role will involve reviewing incoming documents for compliance with established standards, formatting, and completeness, as well as tracking changes and revisions.
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will establish and enforce document control procedures encompassing version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
As a Document Controller, your core responsibility involves the systematic organization and management of project documents to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility for project stakeholders.
Your collaborative efforts with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders will be instrumental in creating and maintaining document control procedures encompassing version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
You might also find yourself tasked with generating periodic reports, meticulously managing document logs, and contributing to the transition to electronic document management systems to elevate both efficiency and document security.
Skills
