7. Cloud Proxy Management
8. Application Integrations
9. Network Security Essentials
10. NAC, ICAP, CDR Solutions
11. Understanding of Enterprise network architecture
12. Ability to coordinate with internal departments
13. Coordinate with Multiple Partners and OEM TAC
14. Asset management
15. Ticket management & Reporting
16. Knowledge about ITIL
17. Communication & Presentation skills
