KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identifies and implements continuous processes, procedures, program, and system projects or improvements both locally and in support of regional efforts.
2. Responsible for all UAE and UK Benefits (Healthcare, leaves, supplemental insurance, PTO, open enrollment, payments, marketing).
3. Responsible for end-to-end Visa process for new hires or re-locating employees.
4. Readily accessible expert and liaison to our employees ensuring highest level of knowledge, support, service, access, responsiveness, and experience.
