Client Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about after-sales services, and guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for after-sales services, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Documentation: Handle and process paperwork related to after-sales services, including service requests, warranties, and customer feedback forms.
Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates to customers regarding their service status.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person for resolution.
Facility Management: Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and informational materials.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service team members, and management to ensure excellent service delivery.
What we are looking for:
Be eligible for the Emiratisation program and hold the corresponding Family Book.
English and Arabic proficiency level.
