Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures seamless operation of bar
2. Assists to ensure constant updates of creative cocktail / mocktail offerings
3. Assists to ensure trainings of beverage knowledge to entire team
4. Ensures consistency in beverage preparation
5. Ensures profitability of bar operation
6. Provides customer service in accordance to standard operating procedures
7. Ensures reordering, stacking, and cleanliness of bar area
8. Anticipates guests needs by following service behaviour
9. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
10. Executes cash handling and banking procedures
11. Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures
12. Assists in the maintenance of service equipment
13. Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
