Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating a diverse range of visual assets, including marketing collaterals, social media content, advertisements, and more.
  • This position requires proficiency in design software and the ability to work across multiple media formats, including video editing.
  • As an on-site designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft visually stunning and impactful content that reflects the luxury brand identity, ensuring that every detail aligns with their high standards and elegance.
  • Design Production: Create high-quality visuals, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, photo treatment, ads, and event materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Black Brick’s luxury brand guidelines.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos for ads, reels, and campaigns as needed.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to elevate marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives and project timelines.
  • Tech Integration: Manage tasks through Asana or similar tools to stay organized and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a library of design assets and ensure files are well-organized and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Fluent English is a must, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in productivity tools like Asana.
  • Ability to take criticism and feedback constructively, transforming it into opportunities for improvement and creative growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Design Knowledge, Theoretical Framework & Color Philosophy Knowledge.
  • Ideally experience with luxury clients.

  • Design Creation: Create visual assets for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and websites.

  • Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary to meet client expectations.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the client’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across various materials.

  • Mockups and Prototypes: Create mockups and prototypes for presentations and client approvals.

  • Print Production: Prepare files for print production, ensuring that specifications are met for quality and format.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and incorporate new ideas.

  • Portfolio Maintenance: Maintain a portfolio of work to showcase design capabilities and attract potential clients.
