Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll primarily work out of the Dubai Airport Free Zone office, with most of your day-to-day activities in the field, engaging directly with potential partners and customers. You will be responsible for driving app downloads, onboarding new buyers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients, all while meeting or exceeding your sales targets. Reporting to the Category Manager, your core responsibilities include:

  • Generating Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential customers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • Sales Performance Reports: Track and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as this role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams. Ideally, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, specifically within the F&B/FMCG sector.
  • A solid understanding of the UAE retail market and current commercial trends.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • A well-established network within the UAE freezones is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position products against competitors.
  • Creative negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and a strong team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
