Oversight and control of program administration tools and SharePoint sites
Support to leadership team for key program events
Coordination of customer visits and meetings
Support to team administration requirements
Management of required program stationery
Coordination of team events
Experience/Qualifications:
Understanding and completion of key administration duties across commercial or Defence industry discipline with 5+ years' experience
Understanding of administrative tools used in a Defence-centric support environment
Familiarity with engineering development activities and concepts
Understanding Scaled Agile Framework concepts in support of large complex projects (desirable)
