Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and structured Quality Auditor/L&D professional to drive compliance, enhance process efficiency, and ensure operational excellence across departments. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, maintaining performance management systems, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will initiate Learning & Development (L&D) training as needed to address gaps identified during audits and support continuous improvement efforts.

Quality Auditing:

  • Conduct regular quality audits across departments to ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain audit frameworks to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Flow Chart Management System (FMS) to track, document, and improve workflows.
  • Act as a key member of the System Creation Team (SCT) to maintain and update process documentation using digital tools like Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to review audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee performance evidence in relation to assigned KPIs.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to internal quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead performance audits, track progress, and support HR in handling performance-related concerns.

Learning & Development (Initiated as Needed):

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs based on audit findings and performance reviews.
  • Develop and conduct targeted training sessions to address compliance issues and improve operational standards.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining up-to-date training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Support HR and department heads in rolling out L&D programs that align with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Quality/Internal auditor or in a similar role.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a huge plus.
  • Experience in developing and implementing PDPs/PIPs for employees & extensive knowledge of performance management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in reviewing and evaluating performance evidence.
  • Familiarity with business unit training and SOP preparation.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based document management systems.
  • Experience in video editing and creating clear instructional videos (Highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) and coordination with MIS teams.
  • Expertise in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Excel formula.
