Immigration consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to either "warm" or "hot" leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
2. Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service.
3. Responding to incoming emails and phone queries.
4. Achieving monthly sales targets.
5. Maintaining client data confidentially.
6. Utilizing strong tactics in sales.
7. Coordinating with other team members for closure of clients.
