We're looking for an E-commerce / Merchandiser male or female who can handle multiple accounts while uploading products to various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Uploading the products with proper descriptions and proofreading them for no mistakes.
Examining and uploading products.
Eager to gain knowledge about different products and create content for them.
Responding to inquiries and assisting customers via phone and email. Communicating in a professional manner with clarity using good verbal and written communication skills at all times.
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. Implementing AD campaigns on Social Media.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Listening to and answering questions and resolving concerns to retain customers.
Handling social media.
Regularly tracking the sales and revenue of each product piece to determine which are best-sellers and which to replace. These numbers also help the Merchandiser suggest potential special offers to help the store increase its profits.
Requirements:
Degree in information technology or a relevant marketing subject.
Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce professional.
Phenomenal market research skills.
Superb knowledge of different products in the market.
A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence.
A keen eye for mistakes.
Excellent report writing skills.
Salary range: 3,000 - 3,500 plus commission
