Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize recruitment activities in handling sourcing of manpower as per approved Manpower plan.
2. Lead the full 360° recruitment process for HungerStation Tech.
3. Sourcing and relocating top talent from around the world.
4. Partner with key stakeholders, leaders, and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics while developing innovative ways to meet HungerStation's constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
5. Facilitate the processing involved in recruiting suitable candidates, including paper screening, short-listing, arranging interviews, and assessments.
6. Place announcements for job vacancies in internal and external channels to generate a pool of potential applicants.
7. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
8. Prepare timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
