We are seeking a seasoned and skilled operations coordinator for our rapidly growing company. We prefer candidates with relevant and significant industry experience as an operations administrator or similar role in any Facilities Management or Cleaning company in Dubai.
The Field cum Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations for a cleaning and facility maintenance company, including cleaning services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and handyman services. This role requires coordinating teams, managing schedules, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily cleaning, AMC, and handyman service operations.
- Schedule and dispatch teams for service delivery across various locations.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections of sites to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
AMC Management:- Track and manage AMC schedules for HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical services, and general repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks as per agreed contracts.
- Coordinate with customers to address ad hoc service requests and emergencies.
Team Leadership:- Supervise and train cleaning staff, technicians, and handymen to enhance performance and ensure safety compliance.
- Assign work orders to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency.
Customer Service:- Act as the main point of contact for clients to address complaints, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Conduct client visits for service reviews and issue resolution.
- Work with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, client feedback, and operational issues.
- Prepare reports on service performance, equipment usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor billing and ensure timely completion of invoicing for AMC and on-demand services.
Compliance & Safety:- Ensure teams adhere to health and safety regulations during all operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on safety protocols and operational standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning, AMC services, or facility management.
- Previous supervisory experience is a must.
- Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate on multiple schedules.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Friendly and hospitable attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
