You will be responsible for:
Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
Facilitation: Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and engagement.
Coaching: Expertise in coaching individuals and teams to improve their Agile practices and mindsets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and foster open dialogue.
Conflict Resolution: Skills to mediate conflicts and promote a healthy team dynamic.
Change Management: Understanding of how to guide organizations through cultural and structural changes associated with Agile adoption.
Metrics and Reporting: Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and align their goals with Agile practices.
Training and Development: Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops to educate teams on Agile principles.
