• Providing hardware and software maintenance services
• Helping users troubleshoot technical issues
• Managing accounts for onboarding and dismissal purposes
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Performing onsite and remote tech support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for various internal clients
• Performing tech support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
• Overseeing and performing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations, and/or other related equipment and devices
• Maintaining currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards, and/or systems.
