The Team Leader - F&B Service is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service team in a restaurant or hotel. They ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflows, and consistency in delivering food and beverage products. The team leader monitors staff performance, provides guidance and support, and resolves customer complaints. They also collaborate with management to develop and implement service standards, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service team.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Assist in developing and implementing service standards and procedures.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, products, and service techniques.
