AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance the products and services. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to create intelligent applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
2. Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and algorithms.
3. Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to integrate AI models into scalable systems.
4. Work with large-scale datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve AI models.
5. Optimize and fine-tune models to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
6. Build APIs and pipelines to streamline AI model deployment and monitoring.
7. Contribute to the development of AI-powered products and enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
3. Experience with AI model development, training, and deployment in production environments.
4. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and Transformers.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps for CI/CD in AI deployment.
6. Ability to process and analyze large datasets to build AI-powered applications.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
2. Hands-on experience with big data technologies.
3. Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications in AI/ML.
