Our graduate roles include a diverse range of activities, designed to enable development through on-the-job experiential learning, this will include:

• Assist in the planning and design of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, roads, and bridges, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Provide support in carbon footprinting and management projects, including environmental impact assessments.
• Conduct climate change risk assessments and develop adaptation plans and strategies.
• Assist with sustainability and resource efficiency projects, including desk-based research, data analysis, and report writing.
• Work with project managers and directors to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Participate in team meetings, client briefs, and other meetings as required.

Here's what you'll need:

Qualifications: Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Environmental Engineering or a sustainability-related engineering discipline.

Academic Excellence: Outstanding academic performance, an inquisitive nature, and a passion for sustainability.
