Develop and execute the product strategy for affiliates including external facing products (affiliate and affiliated users) and internal facing products (operations) while aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs
Oversee the development and optimization of the commissions calculation system while ensuring accurate and transparent commission payouts
Build products across various surfaces and platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools, APIs) that make the affiliate programme compelling and reliable
Lead the end to end product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to prioritize and deliver high quality features
Experience with full-stack product delivery that includes UX and backend systems
Ensure the quality of the system, assist in testing and troubleshooting, and ensure stable operation of the system
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of product experience, with experience in delivering both B2C products and B2B products
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to do internal and external advocacy and collaboration that will require a keen eye for narrative and storytelling
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency space is a plus.
