Recreation Manager

To supervise the recreation department area of responsibility which consists of Desert adventure activities, Kids club, resort bicycles and Desert nature reserve flora and fauna.

To conduct and lead adventure center desert activities such as:

1. Nature drive
2. Nature walk
3. Star gazing
4. Fat biking
5. E-fat biking
6. Archery
7. Night desert safari
8. Lunar expedition
9. Fishing
10. Bird watching
11. Ritz Kids Rangers
12. Night Walk
13. Sunset camel caravan
14. Team building activities

Assist with the ecological work, conservation and act as the primary link between the guest and the field operations, ensuring that the standards of all equipment, wildlife and facilities used by the team and guests are safe and maintained at the required standards.

Be responsible for communication between guests and Guides, and for development and training of the Resort Activity Officers with regard to ecology, e-tourism, astronomy, history, conservation, heritage and culture.

Daily allocation of duties to activity officers, in line with the Resort’s services and functionality.
