Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Art Assistant to support our creative projects, events & gallery operations. If you have experience in the art industry, are familiar with art printing, and have connections with printing companies, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic artistic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing & coordinating art events, exhibitions, and gallery operations.
• Liaise with printing companies to ensure high-quality reproduction of artworks.
• Oversee the printing process, ensuring color accuracy and material quality.
• Handle art logistics, including packaging, transportation, and display setup.
• Maintain & update artistic portfolios, databases, and gallery records.
• Provide administrative and creative support for art projects and collaborations.
• Communicate with artistic clients and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in the art industry, art galleries, or event management.
• Knowledge of art printing, processes, and materials.
• Strong network and relationships with printing companies.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Ability to multitask & work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for art, design, and creative production.

Job Details:
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Work Timings: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Full Time Onsite
